NOTICE is given pursuant to section 11 (b) of the Energy Act, 2019 that the Energy and Petroleum Regulatory Authority has 8th November, 2019 THE KENYA reviewed and approved the applicable Jetty Handling (KOT and SOT) and Primary Storage tariff (KOSF/KPRL) for the Tariff Control Period 2019-20 as follows: 1. Jetty Handling (KOT and SOT): US$0.44/m3; and 2. Primary Storage tariff (KOSF/KPRL): US$1.88/m3. Note: KOT — Kipevu Oil Terminal SOT — Shimanzi Oil Terminal KOSF — Kipevu Oil Storage Facility KPRL — Kenya Petroleum Refineries Limited The effective date of the above set of tariffs is the 15th November, 2019.
