REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Margaret Wangu Ruiru (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land known as Kiine/Rukanga/1723, situate in the district of Kirinyaga, and whereas in the senior principal magistrate's court at Baricho in succession cause no. 15 of 2018, has issued grant and confirmation letters to (1) Joyce Muthoni Warui, (2) Joyce Wanjiru Ndungu and (3) Gladys Wamurang'a Kinuthia, and whereas all efforts made to recover the land title deed and be surrendered to the land registrar for cancellation have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said administration letters to (1) Joyce Muthoni Warui, (2) Joyce Wanjiru Ndungu and (3) Gladys Wamurang'a Kinuthia and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Margaret Wangu Ruiru (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
