TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 29 OF 2019 By (1) Habona Abdullahi Badad and (2) Sugow Omar Buyatano, both of P.O. Box 1211-70100, Garissa in Kenya, the deceased's widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration testate to the estate of Omar Buyatano Yayo, who died at Madogo, on 22nd March, 1996. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
