TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 19 OF 2018 By (1) Elizabeth Mwanda, 2) Janet Arthur Chard and (3) David Nzaro Mwarema Care, all of P.O. Box 1090, Mtwapa in Kenya, the deceased's widow, daughter and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ephraim Mwarema Mwanjulu, who died at Kilifi County Hospital in Kenya, on 24th October, 2016. CAUSE No. 281 OF 2019 By Sister Colleta Minoo, of P.O. Box 122, Matuu in Kenya, the deceased's daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Ndeti Mwange, who died at District Hospital, Msambw,eni in Kenya, on 31st October, 2019. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
