TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 519 OF 2019 By Francis Samwel Otieno Obure, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Celina Atieno Obure alias Selinah Atieno Obure, who died on 7th July, 1998. CAUSE No. 526 OF 2019 By Joseph Ojuok Nyabola, of P.O. Box 16683-00100, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Benjamine Nyabola Odemba, who died at Rem Sub-location, on 22nd November, 1976. CAUSE No. 530 OF 2019 By Alfred Omondi Ondong, the deceased's brother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Samwel Odhiambo Ondong, who died on 18th June, 1978. CAUSE No. 575 OF 2019 By Victor Otieno Ondu, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Phylister Achola Ondu, who died on 1st February, 2019. The Court will proceed to issue the sante unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
