TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 50 OF 2019 By (1) Margaret Wanjiru Chege and (2) Benson Irungu Chege, both of P.O. Box 1968, Nyahururu in Kenya, the deceased's daughter and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nancy Njoki Chege, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 29th September, 2017. CAUSE No. 51 OF 2019 By Justus Muiruri Karani, of P.O. Box 1812, Nyahururu in Kenya, the deceased's grandson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Njetino Muiruri Kamweru, who died at Karagoini Sub- location, on 19th April, 1997. CAUSE No. 211 OF 2019 By (1) Rose Njeri Maina and (2) Peter Kingori Maim, both of P.O. Box 214, 01 Kalou in Kenya, the deceased's widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Charles Maina King'ori alias Charles Mania Kingori, who died at Githunguri, on 19th August, 2017. CAUSE No. 233 OF 2019 By (1) Kago Ndiritu, (2) Peter Kariuki Ndiritu (3) Isaac Mukunya Ndiritu, and (4) Elizabeth Wanjiru Ndiritu, all of P.O. Box 108, 01 Kalou in Kenya, the deceased's sons and widow, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Elijah Ndiritu Kago alias Elija Nderitu Kago, late of Mirangine Location, who died at Kurungu, on 13th March, 2017. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
