TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 154 OF 2019 By Kilile Kimilu, of P.O. Box 4266-90200, Kitui in Kenya, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kimilu Mumo, who died at Kitui, on 6th May, 2005. CAUSE No. 169 OF 2019 By Rose Mutono Benson, of P.O. Box 54-90205, Kitui in Kenya, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Benson Nzelu Nzau, who died at Kitui, on 9th September, 2014. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
