TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 68 OF 2019 By Bornes Chemongony Kirui, of P.O. Box 95, Kapsoit in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kiboen arap Kirui alias Kiboen A. Kirui, who died at District Hospital, Kericho in Kenya, on 21st June, 1980. CAUSE NO. 137 OF 2019 By Joseph Maritim Cheruiyot, of P.O. Box 1649-20200, Kericho in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Cheruiyot Talam alias Cheruiyot Talaam, who died at Ainamoi, on 1st April, 1986. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary anti appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
