TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 50 OF 2019 By (1) John Njoka Kimani and (2) Rosemary Wangari Kimani, both of P.O. Box 54581-00200, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased's daughter and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kimani Ruhohi, who died at Kiairia, Githunguri, on 3rd November; 2010. CAUSE No. 109 OF 2019 By (1) John Mwago Njenga and (2) Arphaxad Ironjo Kimani, the deceased's son and purchaser, respectively, for a grant of letters of administiation intestate to the estate of Alice Njeri alias Alice Njeri Njenga, who died at Kenyatta National Hospitali in Kenya, on 5th September, 1986. CAUSE No. 115 OF 2019 By (1) Serah Njoki Muni and (2) Caroline Nyambura Muni, both of P.O. Box 318-00900, Kiambu in Kenya, the deceased's widow and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of George Muni Munene, who died at District Hospital, Kiambu in Kenya, on 1st November, 2012. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
