CAUSE NO. 111 OF 2019 By Benjamin Kimani, of P.O. Box 753, Githunguri in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peninah Kabura alias Peninah Kabura Njane, who died at Gathangari, Githunguri, on 28th March, 2016.
