TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 70 OF 2019 By Ann Mwihaki Mwangi, of P.O. Box I, Kandara in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Cyrus Peter Mwangi Mbuthia alias Peter Mwangi Mbuthia, who died at' 'Mika Hospital in Kenya, on 9th January, 1996. CAUSE No. 271 OF 2019 By Monica Muthoni Muiru Githii, of P.O. Box 961, Thika in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jane Nduta Githii alias Nduta Githii, who died at Micharage, on 6th November, 2018. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
