TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 56 OF 2019 By (1) Washingtone Patrice Kirori and (2) Eliud Pilisi Muriai Wanjala, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of James I. Pirisi, who died at District Hospital, Kimilili in Kenya, on 14th May, 2014. CAUSE No. 91 OF 2019 By (1) Job Wanjala Mulati, (2) Kennedy Cheng'oli Mulati, (3) George Wamulati Kitakicha and (4) Edward Chebuya Mulati, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Patrick Mulati Okumu, who died at Kimilili, on 17th June, 2002. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
