CAUSE NO. 124 OF 2019 By (1) Alice Wamugo Matu and (2) Francis Ireri Matu, the deceased's widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Matu Mbakamigunyi alias Matu Mbaka, who died at Ishiara Hospital in Kenya, on 14th May, 2007.
