TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAusE No. 18 OF 2019 By (1) Kiteng'e Mwangangi Kivila and (2) Thomas Kimweli Mwangangi, the deceased's sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Wangangi Mwatu Kivila, who died at Makueni, on 28th August, 2019. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
