TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 21 OF 2019 By (1) Rodricks Oware Ambuka and (2) Joy Awiinja Oware, the deceased's widower and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Hannah Wakesho Oware, who died at Ipala Sub-location, on 11th July, 2017. CAusE,No. 163 OF 2019 By Philemon Igunza Nathan, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nathan Amboga Ahuma, who died at Kidundu Sub-location, on 21st June, 1994. CAUSE No. 173 OF 2019 By Esnas Kateiza Muhati, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Enos Nzawae Ndinya alias Enos Idiya Nzavaye, who died at Ikumba Sub-location, on 26th November, 2010. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
