TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 45 OF 2019 By Lenus Tavana Imbuye, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Clement Imbuye Tavana, who died at Kaptech, on 5th September, 1998. CAUSE No. 47 OF 2019 By Henry Indangasi, the deceased's brother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Javan Amugechi hidangasi, who died at Chamakanga Sub-location, on 10th September, 1983. CAUSE No. 94 OF 2019 By Patrick Kedeyie Limisi, the deceased's brother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Christopher Lukongo Limisi, who died at Chavogere Sub-location, on 4th May, 2003. CAUSE NO. 121 oF 2019 By Boaz Akoto Kehodo, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kisambo Kehoto Kisambo, who died at Kisatiru Sub-location in 1977. CAUSE No. 127 OF 2019 By Aduro Kidaha Nick Peter, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of William Kidaha Usagi, who died at Vihiga County, on 13th April, 2004. CAUSE No. 177 OF 2019 By Enos Kikuyu Agushoma, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Rahel Imali Agushoma alias Rael Agusioma, who died at North Maragoli Location, on 23rd May, 2001. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
