TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 16 OF 2019 By (1) Waruguru Nganga and (2) Loise Wanjiku Thande, both of P.O. Box 35, Loitokitok in Kenya, the deceased's daughters, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Rahab Wanjiru Giteru alias Wanjiru Giteru, late of Oloolopon Location, who died at Loitokitok Hospital in Kenya. CAUSE No. 17 OF 2019 By Robert Ndawuasa, of P.O. Box 102, Loitokitok in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Susan Soila Sayialel, late of Loitokitok, who died at Oloopon Sub-location, on 10th August, 2018. CAusE No. 19 OF 2019 By (1) Peter Njihia Kinyanjui and (2) Jane Wangare Njihia, both of P.O. Box 174, Loitokitok in Kenya, the deceased's widower and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Milicent Nyamalo Gashoshora alias Milicent Nyamalo Gashoshor, late of Rombo Location, who died at Nairobi West Hospital in Kenya. CAUSE No. 22 OF 2019 By (1) Ann Wanjiku Mwangi and (2) Gladys Wairimu Koigi, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Philip Mwangi Chege, late of Loitokitok, who died at Oloolopon Sub-location, on 6th April, 2018. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette. CAUSE No. 103 OF 2019 By Peter Okoko Adoo, of P.O. Box 40, Rongo in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Adoo Ngoje, who died at Koluoch Sub-location, on 25th September, 1970. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
