APPOINTMENT

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 11 (1) of the Kenya Law Reform Commission Act, 2013, the Attorney-General appoints— Margaret Kobia (Prof.), Kennedy Kihara, Shaukat Abdulrazak (Prof.), Joseph Siror (Dr.), Chacha Odera, Josephine Mong’are, Vincent Otieno Oluoch, Fredrick Collins Omondi, to be members of the Selection Panel for the purpose of selecting nominees for appointment as the chairperson and members of the Kenya Law Reform Commission, under section 8 of the Act.
