REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Ogelo Owuor (deceased), is registered as proprietor of that piece of land known as West Kasipul/Kotieno Kokech/444, containing 0.1 hectare or thereabouts, and whereas the Oyugis Law Court in succession cause No. 52 of 2011, has issued grant letters of administration to Boash Odhiambo Ogello, and whereas efforts to trace the said title deed have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said instrument of R.L. 19 in the names of Boash Odhiambo Ogello, and upon such registration the earlier title deed shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
