NOTICE is given that the freight, clearing, forwading and logistics business exclusively carried out at the Jomo Kenyatta International Airport (JKIA) under licence from the Kenya Airports Authority (KAA) by Jaspa Logistics Limited (the “transferor”) hereinafter the “business” was on 1st June, 2013 transferred to Jaspa Freight Limited (the “transferee”) which company shall with effect from 1st June, 2013, henceforth carry on the said business. The address for the tranferor is P.O. Box 52982–00200, Nairobi. The address of the transferee is P.O. Box 52982–00200, Nairobi. The transferee will not be assuming any debts or liabilities of the transferor incurred in connection with the business or at all up to and including the date of the transfer and the same shall be paid and discharged by the the tranferor and likewise all debts and liabilities due to the transferor up to and including the date of the transfer shall be received by the transferor.
