ACT

NOTICE is given under the provisions of section 5 of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya, to the owners of under-mentioned vehicles: Opel KAC 268N, 405 KAJ 836H, Subaru KAJ 777E, 405 KAC 274W, 504 KAC 400L, Isuzu KYK 169, L. Rover KSJ 654, VW KDN 560, 505 KXW 996, Sera KAE 359R, Diastsu KAD 879A. to collect the said motow vehicle within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice upon payment of all the accumulated storage charges and any other incidental costs incurred as at the date delivery is taken. If the aforesaid vehicles are not collected at the expiry of this notice, the same will be sold by public auction or private treaty by Franco Auto Tune Garage, without any further notice thereof. F.
