GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 9040

NOTICE is given that pursuant to the provisions of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38), to the owners of the following various item lying at the yard of Edward Ngilai Musyoka and Peter Ndungu Muhuri within Athi River off Namanga Road, to collect the same within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice upon payment of all outstanding accumulated storage/security charges and other incidentals costs incurred thereon. The items are: One Prime Mover R/No. KAA 401 J and one trailer forty feet R/No ZC 6050 if the aforesaid vehicles/lories/properties are not collected through the expiry of this notice, the vehicles/lorries/goods/properties will be sold by public auction through Sadique Enterprises Auctioneers without reference to the owners and at their own cost.
