Box 42, Embu in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Paul Njeru Njiru, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of my former names Paul Njeru Njiru and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Justine Kariuki Njeru, for all purposes and authorize and request all persons at all times to designate, describe and address me by my assumed name Justine Kariuki Njeru only.
