IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by article 179 (2) (b) of the Constitution as read with sections 30 (2) (d), (e) and 35 of the County Governments Act, 2012, and upon approval by the Narok County Assembly in its session, I, Samuel Kuntai Tunai, Governor of Narok County, appoint the persons named in the first column of the schedule, to be members of the Narok Executive Committee responsible for the matters respectively specified in the second column of the schedule. To supervise the administration and delivery of services in the repective department of the County Government and all decentralized units and agencies in the County. 2. Implemet County Legislation. 3. Implement within the County, National Legislation to the extent that the legislation so requires. 4. Manage and co-ordinate the functions of the County administration and its departments. 5. Provide the County Assembly with full and regular reports on matters relating to the County. 6.
