WHEREAS Grace Wangari Njoka, as administrator of the estate of Ezra Herman Njoka (deceased), of P.O. Box 23616–0625, Nairobi is the registered proprietor lessee of that piece of land known as L.R. No. 3577/21, situate in the city of Nairobi, by virtue of a certificate of title registered as I.R. 95888/1, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of title issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
