TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 300 OF 2014 By (1) Domtila Adhiambo Owegi, (2) Gaudensia Anyango Owegi and (3) Selina Akoth Owegi, all of R.O. Box 572-40600, ,Siaya in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nicholas Owegi Ododa alias Nicholas Owegi Ododa, who died on 25th February, 2047. CAUSE NO. 1067 OF 2014 By Grace Olewe Ouko, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Ouko Ongonga, who died on 30th March, 1982. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
