TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 137 OF 2015 By Julius Cheche Njenga, of P.O. Box 79, Kikuyu in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Virginia Wanjiru Njenga, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 5th April, 2005. s CAUSE No. 138 OF 2015 By Priscilla Wambui Kinyati, of P.O. Box 79, Kikuyu in Kenya, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kinyati Njoroge, Who died at Chura, on 26th April, 2011. CAUSE No. 167 OF 2015 By (1) Samuel Njunge Ndungu and (2) James Munga Ndungu, both of P.O. Box 208-00902, Kikuyu in Kenya, the deceased's sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of. Ndungu Gchihi, who died at Muguga, on 6th March, 2007. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
