WHEREAS Alexander Warnbua Nzioki, of P.O. Box 5225-01002, Thika in the Republic of Kenya. is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of those pieces of land containing 1.094, 02023 and 14295 hectares or thereabout, situate in the district of Machakos, registered under title Nos. MavokolToWD Block 2/14292, 14294 and 14295. and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to she, that the land title deeds issued thereof have been lost. notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof.
