REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Carla Zanolt and (2) Alexander Edler von Braunmuehl, both of P.O. Box 28832-00200, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, are registered as proprietors in fee simple interest of that piece of land containing 0.2229 hectare or thereabouts, known as No. 10996, registered as LT 37 Folio 156A/ I I File 3799, situate within Malinch Municipality in Kilifi District, and whereas the registered proprietors have executed a deed of indemnity in favour of the Government, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to proceed with the registration of the said instrument of indemnity and reconstruct the deed file in respect of the said piece of land.
