GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 302

WHEREAS Paul Mwangi Chiera (ID/1033605), of P.O. Box 1531, Nakuru in tire Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of that piece of land containing 0.95 hectare or thereabouts, known as Dundori/Lanet Block 5/124 (Kiamunyeki 'A'), situate in the district of Nakuru, and whereas the High Court at Nakuru in civil suit No. 33 of 1998 has ordered that the said piece of land be transferred to Peter Mbum Wachanga (ID/22177296), and whereas all efforts marle to compel Paul Mwangi Cluera (ID/1033605) to surrender the said land title deed in respect of the said piece of land, notice is given that ifter the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provi& no valid objection has been received within that period, I inte- to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and pr, aal with the registration of the said court order and issue a new title ^ed to the said Peter Mbum Wachanga (ID/22177296), and upon ich registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Paul M%v; agi Chiera (ID/1033605), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
