THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

(No. 3 of 2012)

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Pauline Wangari Thum (ID/19099115) and (2) John Gatlin Mbote (ID/4288772), are registered as proprietors of that piece of land containing 0.9850 hectare or thereabouts, known as Dundori/Lanet Block 5/303 (Kiamunyeki 'A'), situate in the district of Nakuru, and whereas the High Court at Nakum in civil suit No, 33 of 1998 has ordered that the said piece of land be transferred to Barton Daniel (ID/5496221), and whereas all efforts made to compel (1) Pauline Wargart Thuo (ID119099115) and (2) John Gatlin Mbote (ID/4288772), to surrender the said land title deed in respect of the said piece of land. notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with (he registration of the said court order and issue a new title deed to the said Baragu Daniel (ID/S496221), and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said (1) Pauline Wangari Thrit, (ID/19099115) and (2) John Gatlin Mbote (ID/4289772), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
