the district of Kirinyaga, and whereas the senior principal magistrate's court in succession case No. 830 of 2013, has issued grant and confirmation letters to (1) Wanjiru Getecha and (2) Anne Wambui Kimani, and whereas all efforts made to recover the land title deed issued in respect of the said pieces of land by the land registrar have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said administration letters to (1) Wanjiru Getecha and (2) Anne Wambui Kimani, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Joan Wambura Getecha (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect. Box 4759, Thika in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of that piece of land known as Chinga/Gikigie/126, situate in the district of Nyeri, and whereas the High Court at Nyeri in succession cause No. 482 of 2013, has ordered that the said piece of land be transferred to (1) Daniel Kariuki Wambugu and (2) Dinah Wanjiku Kahwai, both of P.O. Box 4759, Thika, and whereas the registered proprietor has refused to surrender the land title deed issued in respect of the said piece of land, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and issue a land title deed to the said (1) Daniel Kariuki Wambugu and (2) Dinah Wanjiku Kahwai, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Wambugu Gitundu, shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
