REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Xplico Insurance Company Limited, is registered as proprietor of that piece of land known as Sipili/Donyoloip Block 1/1960, situate in the district of Laikipia, and whereas the High Court in succession cause No. 1966 of 2012 (consolidated with Succession Cause No. 942 of 2012), has ordered that the said piece of land revert back to Salim Husein Dungarwalla (deceased), notice is given that I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said court order, and upon such registration the laud title deed issued earlier to the said Xplico Insurance Company Limited, shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
