TENDER

notice is issued pursuant to the provisions of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act, (Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya, to the owners of pick-up 504 KAH 704K, that within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice, to take delivery of the said motor vehicle which is currently lying at MIG Automotive Services at Ngara, upon payment to this office accumulated storage charges and any other incidental costs, failure to which the same shall be disposed of under the above publication auction, tender or private treaty and proceeds of the sale shall be defrayed against all accrued charges.
