APPOINTMENT

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 3B (1) (a) of the Insurance Act, 1, Uhuru Kenyatta, President of the Republic of Kenya and Commander-in-Chief of the Defence Forces, appoint- ABDIRAHIm H. ABDI to be the Chairperson of the Board of Directors of the Insurance Regulatory Authority, for a period of three (3) years, with effect from the 10th March, 2016. SILAS MURIUKI to be the Chairperson of the Board of the Local Authorities Provident Fund, for a period of three (3) years, with effect from the 10th March, 2016. Dated the 9th March, 2016.
