REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Vuyaa Mwanasimba (ID/4612144), is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land situate in the di s trict of Kwale, registered under title No. Kwale/Funzi Island/60, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the green card of the said piece of land is missing, and whereas all efforts made to locate the said land register (green card) have failed, notice is given that after expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall open another land register and upon such opening the said missing land register shall be deemed of no effect.
