WHEREAS Joseph Okoth Agoro (deceased), is registered as proprietor of that piece of land known as Kabondo/Kowidi/142, containing 1.2 acres or thereabout, and whereas the land certificate issued on 24th August, 1982 got lost, and whereas transmission documents vide succession No. 2451 of 2009 at the High Court of Nairobi are ready for registration, and whereas efforts made to trace the said land certificate have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said instrument of R.L. 19 and R.L. 7 to read Stephen Odhiambo Okoth, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to Joseph Okoth Agoro (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
