TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 1053 OF 2015 By George Obiro Owiye, the deceased's grandson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Atito Oyuga, who died on 15th December, 1980. CAUSE No. 1057 OF 2015 By Paul Okoth Agalo, the deceased's son, fora grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Henry Agalo Achola alias Henry Agalo, who died on 4th August, 1990. CAUSE No. 1087 OF 2015 By Cornelia Anyango Juka, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Come] Juka Joseph, who died on 16th July, 2006. CAUSE No. 1139 OF 2015 By Bernard Odhiambo Ochola, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jeremiah Achola Deya alias Jeremia Ochola Deya, who died at Newa Aboge, on 7th May, 2014. CAUSE NO.3 OF 2016 By (I) Peter Ochieng Okore and (2) Josephine Atieno tkore, both of P.O. Box 1249, Kisumu in Kenya, fora grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Getruda Oyugi Okore. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
