TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 703 "A" OF 2015 By (I) Daniel Ndungu Nduhiu and (2) Julius Ndungu Njuguna, the deceased's sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nduhiu Wathuchi Mbumbuya, who died at Kenyatta Hospital in Kenya, on 5th November, 2008. CAUSE NO. 703 " B" OF 2015 By (1) Josephane Nyaruai Kiere and (2) Charles Mwangi, the deceased's widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Godfrey Kiere Waweni, who died at St. Marys Hospital in Kenya, on 12th November, 2009. CAUSE NO. 765 OF 2015 By (1) Simon Gachoka Mbuthi and (2) Esther Gathoni Chege, the deceased's , son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Cicilia Mumgi Bithe, who died at Thaba Sub-location, on 11th December, 2014. - CAUSE NO. 779 "A"oF 2015 By Henery Kariuki Mwangi, the deceased's widower, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Rebecca Njeri Wariahe, who died at Provincial General Hospital, Annex in Kenya, on 22nd November, 2013. CAUSE NO. 779 "B" OF 2015 By Stephen Mama Machans, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Eli John Machans Muna, who died at Provincial General Hospital, Nakuru in Kenya, on 2nd October, 1997. • The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette. • Dated the 18th November, 2015.
