TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 613 OF 2015 By Grace Omukunda Alichi, of P.O. Box 142, Butere in Kenya, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Daniel Alichi Nanjira alias Alichi Nanjira, who died at Shibembe Sub-location, on 28th November, 1986. CAUSE NO. 776 OF 2015 By (I) Fedah Fanice Odero and (2) Charlies Olienyi Bidanye, both of P.O. Box 65, Mahanga in Kenya, the deceased's mother and father, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Beatrice Kadenyi Odero, who died at Avenue Hospital in Kenya, on 24th July, 2015. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
