TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 165 0F20I5 By David Manwaring, of Peacock House, Giggers Green Road, Aldington, TN 25, 7BY, United Kingdom, the deceased's executor, for a grant. of probate of the written will to the estate of Michael John Manwaring, of 763 Watamu, who died at Watamu, on 23rd November, 2015. CAUSE No. I OF 2016 By Toniutti Alessandra, the deceased's daughter, for a grant issued in another Country annexed to the estate of Toniutti Nestore, who died at Rome, Italy, on 23rd April, 1999. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the. contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
