TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 129 OF 2015 By (I) Vata Nzilu and (2) Wilson K. Nzilu, the deceased's widow and son, respectively, for a gral'lt of letters of administration intestate to the estate of William Nzilu Kyalo, who died at Kwa Vonza, Kitui, on 12th August, 1993. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
