Box 16-00216, Githunguri in Kenya, the deceased's Sons and widow, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Arphaxad Gathagu Ihura, who died at Nazareth Hospital in Kenya, on 29th December, 2005. CAUSE No. 2 OF 2016 By (I) Florah Ruguni Kago and (2) Patrick Kahunyuro Kago, the deceased's widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Francis Kago Kahunyuro, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 1st November, 2015. CAUSE No. 6 O 2016 By George Gitau Mbugua, of P.O. Box 127-00216, Githuguri in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Philip Chege Kamau alias Chege Kamau, who died at District Hospital, Thika in Kenya, on 19th December, 1988. CAUSE No. 52oF2015 By (I) Daniel Chege Gichuhi and (2) Solomon Githuku Gichuhi, the deceased's sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Gichuhi Chege, who died at District Hospital, Kiambu in Kenya, on 22nd December, 1988. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
