TAKE NOTICE that applications havingheen made in this court in: CAUSE No. 57 OF 2015 By (1) Alice Ochieng Opanga and (2) Marldrus Obwar Opanga, both of P.O. Box 10303-00400, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased's widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intest^te to the estate of John Markbus Okongo, who died at Ojwando 'A' Sub-location, on 3rd December, 2007. CAUSE No. 73 OF 2015 By (1) Syprosa Anyango Odhiambo and (2) Juma Brian Odhiambo, both of P.O. Box 390, Yala in Kenya, the deceased's widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Paul Odhiambo Juma, who died at Jina Sub-location, on 3rd December, 2013. CAUSE No. 95 OF 2015 By Fredrick Otieno Ang'uro, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ang'uro Aluoch, who died at Ndenga, Siaya, on l7th January, 1991. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
