TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 115 OF 2015 By (1) Kimani Macharia and (2) Henery Gitau Macharia, both of P.O. Box 149, Gatundu in Kenya, the deceased's sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Macharia Kagunya, who died at Rwabura Location, in 1965. CAUSE No. 116 OF 2015 By Lucia Wangari Chege, of P.O. Box 62768-00200, Nairobi in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the, estate of Chege Thuiri, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on I st March, 2015. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date ofpublication ofthis notice in the Kenya Gazette.
