WHEREAS Vivo Energy Kenya Limited (fonnerly known as Kenya Shell Limited), a limited liability company incorporated in*the Republic of Kenya, of P.O. Bo ' x 43561-00100, Nairobi in Kenya, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of those pieces - of land registered under title Nos. L.R. 209/405/6 and L.R. 209/405/11, situate in the city ofNairobi in the Nairobi Area, by virtue of indentures registered in Volume N20 Folio 253/35 File 3104 and Volume N20 Folio 276/41 File 3104, respectively,, and whereas the land registers in respect thereof are lost or destroyed, and whereas efforts made to locate the said land registers -have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, the property registers shall be -reconstructed under the provisions of section 33 (5) of the Act, provided that no objection has been received within that period.
