REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Isabella Gichugu Matheka and (2) Rita Mueni Ndinda Matheka, both of P.O. Box 49304, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, as personal representatives of the estate of George Musau Matheka, are registered as proprietors of all that piece of land known as L.R. No. 209/362/14 (Original No. 209/362/4/9), situate in the city of Nairobi in the Nairobi Area, by virtue of an indenture registered in Volume N46 Folio 346/1 File 14568, and whereas the land register in respect thereof is lost or destroyed, and whereas effort,^ made to locate the said land register have failed, notice is given that after ' the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, the property.register shall be reconstructed under the provisions of section 33 (5) of the Act, provided that no objection has been recei'ved within that period.
