WHEREAS Sigal Investments Limited, a limited liability company incorporated in Kenya, and having its'registered office Nairobi, of P.O. Box 59021-00200, Nairobi, is registered.as proprietor lessee of all that piece of land known as L.R. 1160/67 (Original No. 1160/8/5), situate in the city of Nairobi in the Nairobi Aiea by virtue of a certificate of title registered as I.R. 4895/1, and whereas a transfer document in favour of Jacqueline Nyaguthii Githinji has been executed by Sigal Investments Limited in respect of L.R. 1160/657 (Original No. 1160/640/5) measuring approx. Nought Decimal Four Five Six Eight (0.4568) and whereas affidavits have been filled in terms of Section 65 (1)(h) of the said Act declaring that the said certificate of tide registered as I.R. No. 4895 is not available for registration, notice is given that after fourteen (14) days from the date hereof provided that no objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said certificate of title and proceed with the registration of the said instrument of transfer. Box 35, Mukurweini, and whereas the registered proprietor has refused to surrender the said title deed issued in respect of the said. piece of land, notice is given that expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof provided no valid objection has been receive within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land certificate and issue to the said (1) Wambui Wanihiu Kariuki, (2) Teresa Wangui Waruhiu and two others and upon such registration the land certificate issued earlier to the said Waruhiu Kariuki, shall be deemed cancelled and of no effect.
