Box 152, Kericho in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of that piece of land known as KerichofKipchimchiml2166, situate in the district of Kericho, and whereas the High Court at Kericho in succession cause No. 147 of 2015, has issued a grant of letters of administration to Rodah Chepkemo Berenge, and whereas all efforts made to trace the land title deed have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty. I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said administration letters to Judith Kariuko Muruga, and upon such registration, the land title deed issued earlier to the said Muruga Mbogo (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
