NOTICE is given pursuant to the provisions of section 5 of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya, to the owners of various items of dressing and personal effects which have been lying at the laundry of the Laico Regency Hotel, Nairobi, off Uhuru Highway (next to Barclays Plaza), P.O. Box 57549-00200, Nairobi, to take delivery and remove the same from their premises upon payment of laundry and storage charges, within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice. Further notice is given that should the owners of the uncollected laundry items fail to pay up, take delivery and remove the said goods and personal effects within the time prescribed above, Laico Regency Hotel, Nairobi, will proceed to sell them by public auction or private treaty, to destroy the costs incurred.
